Registration for Fall/Spring Seasons
Registration Process
Registration for the Fall and Spring seasons will open for both In-town (Kindergarten through Fourth grade) and Travel (Third grade through Eighth grade) divisions on June 1.
Please register as soon as possible but by August 1st. Registrations received after August 1st will be placed on a wait list and a $30 late fee will be charged.
Registration done is directly on Sports Pilot website, our registration service. Please use the Registration button on our home page to start the process.
If this is your first time registering on Sports Pilot you will need to create a family user ID and password. (Most families have already set up their SP account and can log into that account to register for the upcoming season).
The registration process will guide you through the steps you need to take. Once you begin registration on the Sports Pilot page, you will need to:
1) Add primary guardian for the account, set the login for the account
2) Add additional parent/guardian(s) in the household
3) Add the child(ren) to the profile (please be sure DOB and Grade is correct
4) Register player(s)
Please take a few moments to review your Sports Pilot account and update all information paying special attention to GRADE and JERSEY SIZE. Also make sure that your contact information is up to date, i.e. phone numbers and emails.
Parents – we need your help! Please register as a coach or assistant coach if you have the time and want to be part of HYS. You may register at the same time as you are registering your child by clicking the REGISTER AS COACH button to the right of your name.
