Our accountant, Barbara Munroe, is moving to Florida and has requested to continue her services to HYS.

She hired an assistant who will be physically located in-state to receive her checks and handle paperwork.

She wants to rent storage space at Castle Storage to house records from 2014-2016

HYS Protocol: Coach receives doctor note from parent(s) & forward to Division Director
Concussion Rule: If a player is removed from the game, he/she may not go back to the game without a doctor’s note.

UK ELITE

They feel they are no longer a partner with HYS and only provider of service. As a result, they will be increasing their fee to regular rate of $75/hour

$65/hour was their discounted rate

C.Gong will push back fee hike since notice was given so late in the game. Fee increase was not budgeted for this year.
