I. ATTENDEES:

1. SCHEDULES

   1. Steve McCoy has master travel schedule & is expected to be done this week

   2. Sean Downey coordinating schedule with Division Directors

   3. All teams have coaches except one Grade 5/6 Boys Team. Coaches have been instructed to send out introductory emails.

   4. Kickers has not released team lists yet.

2. FIELDS:

   1. All field permits were submitted

   2. Hingham Rec shutting down two fields

   3. See attached proposed field layouts, which were approved by the group

   4. One porta potty ordered per field (Carlson, Union & HMS)

   5. JV & Varsity fields are all lined

3. GALWAY & SELECT TRAINING

   1. Training will start Monday, 9/10

   2. We requested turf on Monday and Tuesday nights 7:00-9:00; still waiting on confirmation

4. EQUIPMENT

   1. We have enough nets but may be short on flags

   2. Kickers order came in. People will be picking up uniforms tomorrow. C.Gong will put bags together when Kickers equipment are picked up and there is more room.

   3. Travel uniforms still not in but expected by next Wed, 9/5

   4. Clean out of storage units have begun & will begin donating things

5. REFEREE COORDINATOR:

   1. Position still not filled

   2. We need someone at the fields all day to coordinate refs for intown games

   3. Suzie will send another blast to request volunteer. Discussed possible interim solutions & still looking for replacement

6. COASTAL

   1. Coaches must have lanyards to be on sideline. No lanyard à no game and fine.

   2. This will be emphasized at coaches’ meeting

7. MISCELLANEOUS:

   1. Online store is up but not doing great in sales.

   2. In-town start date is Saturday, 9/8

   3. Picture Day is 10/20 & 10/27

8. COACHES MEETING TIMES:

   1. In-town start at 6:00 PM

   2. Travel coaches 7:30 PM
